"If you want a quiet, low key rental villa in Umbria centrally located to Assisi, Spello, Montefalco and Spoleto, this is perfect. Would be nice if there was breakfast on site or Nespresso and pastries at least. But overall, good value and would recommend. The pool is beautiful and walking through the olive groves was great."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Laura's Assisi apartment. The apartment was roomy and included all the things we would need from home. Laura was very responsive to any questions we had. We appreciated the parking she provided. The locations was excellent. We easily walked everywhere. We also found this to be a perfect location as our home base for a number of day trips to nearby places such as Orvieto, Loreto, Sienna and Perugia. We were sad to leave after the week. We would definitely stay here...

"This is a nicely located accommodation near a number of historic buildings, the Medievel city wall, the Roman acqueduct, and several monasteries. The views from the house and garden were breath taking. The furnishings were very comfortable and interesting with an artisitic flare. There was lots of room, while quiet and private, yet conveniently located. We would love to return here on our next trip to Spello.."

"We stayed, 2 couples, for a week in Stefano's guest apartment in the village of Mosciano. The apartment is on the ground floor of an antique stone building and has a very large and well equipped kitchen, a bedroom with en suite bathroom, a second bedroom and an additional bathroom. All rooms are spacious and comfortable. Outside is a garden with lawn and breathtaking views. We enjoyed excellent weather and lots of rural peace and quiet.
