"Check-in was nice and we were greeted with a warm welcome. There is no-where to get lunch however and the restaurant is closed on a Monday night which we weren't aware of, so had to drive out to get food in Spello near by. We had drinks around the pool which were slightly higher in price then we were expecting and had paid at similar properties. The rooms were spacious enough and clean, the "living room" was just a table and a chair and seemed a bit cold and pointless as a useable area...

"I stayed for 1 night only. I was looking for a cheap place near Fabriano, and the hotel delivered. Super clean and quiet. Comfortable. Breakfast had no decaf coffee. all carbs and dairy, no napkin (LOL). Receptionist only spoke Italian. Could not find Wifi code anywhere, and receptionist is only part time. Still. fantastic value for money."

"Hotel is beautiful - but if you have a lot of baggage - there is NO ELEVATOR and lots of stairs, making that a bit of a slog. Staff is professional and friendly - the hotel is in the central square - you can park outside to drop off your things, then drive a block away and park in free street parking. The rooms are clean and mine included a washing machine. Linens are high quality - I did not use the spa but it looked fantastic. it's a beautiful hotel in a lovely small town. "

"The hotel is very clean and well-restored, and the staff were cordial. Norcia is a challenging visit right now, as the tragedy caused by the earthquake is everywhere you look. Not a lot of tourists around, if any, but since it's historically a bit of a tourist town, there's a bit of a weird balance - I had difficulty meeting people, and apart from the hotel and a sprinkling of restaurants, all of the businesses and homes are currently in a temporary village outside of the old town walls.
