Good hotel at a great location
Great large hotel with large clean rooms. Location is amazing !! Recommend to book with spa included (just need to check the hours when kids are allowed). Grounds are beautiful Reception staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was disappointing for such a large facility. It was very basic and small.

Stunning hotel, location and great facilities.
Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff in the reception desk were always so polite and helpful. So much for young children to do including and outdoor park (bit out dated but still brilliant!) An out door walk in pool, which is perfect for the younger children to splash in. An indoor play area, as well as large grounds to play around in, you can also use their onsite bikes to take around the grounds for no charge. They also provide footballs, kids golf and archary. The breakfast was stunning, and a great selection of food available. The view from the hotel was breathtaking. The restaurant food was beautiful, espeixally the sausage ragu, but it was pricy. Only issue was, make sure you book in the evening, as twice we were told it was full, even though we were guests. The hotel is a 15min drive into Assisi. We'll definitely be staying again. Thank you.

We were considering staying in the main town of Assisi but we are so glad that we stayed here instead. The hotel is located in a perfect spot in the Valley with easy access to the surrounding area. It has an amazing view of Assisi. The room was large and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here and our daughters wished we could have stayed here longer.

Mi è piaciuta molto la SPA annessa all'hotel, dispone di tutti i comfort per rilassarsi completamente. I massaggi sono stati eccezionali. L'hotel si trova a pochi km da Assisi una distanza assolutamente accettabile. Il cibo è ottimo, specialità locali come prosciutto, salami, formaggi e tartufo sono di ottima qualità.

Quiet resort but still close to Assisi
We chose the solitude of this spot to visit Assisi. Very happy with the choice and another town, Santa Maria degli Angeli was even closer. Room was good, staff very nice and hotel was well presented. Grounds could do with a mow!!!

Holiday in Asisi
We had booked this hotel because of its proximity to Assisi which was where we wanted to visit. Unfortunately, there was no bus service from the hotel to the Santa Maria Degli Angeli from where we could walk or take the bus to Assisi and the train to other towns in Umbria. We walked to Santa Maria on 3 occasions but there was no pavement to walk safely so had to take a taxi to and from the hotel for the rest of our stay which increased the cost of our holiday. We loved the peaceful ambience of our surroundings and found it easy to get trains from Assisi station to other towns in Umbria. English is not spoken widely in this area but we managed to find a few people who spoke English and could explain things to us. We found a few people who were very friendly and went out of their way to help us. The churches were all beautiful and visiting Assisi was definitely a very spiritual experience.

Peaceful and elegant
The staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival. The hotel was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. We were staying with our 2 young children in a double room. The lounge area was equipped with a double sofa bed and a cot with enough room to still walk around. The bedroom had a huge bed, a little on the firm side for me. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the service was impeccable. Friendly staff happy to even open a bit earlier for our little ones. The food was delicious and generous in portion size. The breakfast was amazing too. Couldn't fault it. While we were there the hotel appeared to be undergoing an extension but no work was carried out whilst we were there. The pool was great. We did use the spa, only for the kids pool which was a bit of a rip off at €20 each. The flooring in there was really slippy, I wasn't that impressed. The spa itself looked lovely. There wasn't any activities going on for children which I seemed to remember reading on the website. The staff at reception didn't know much about that and simply told us to look in the brochure in the room. The brochure didn't give any info on this. None the less, we had a lovely stay and I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

convenient parking, but very hard to find the hotel. not on my Garmin maps. We had to go to another hotel and call this one to find it. The rooms are very large and nicely layed out but the electronic switches are impossible and non intuitive. want to turn on one light, they all go on. nutty. also no working fan or air conditioning in the room which we were told the next morning required the front desk to do something. If you stayed long enough could figure out the electronic stuff but it appears that modern trumped practical.

spa is not included and not easy to access
the hotel is nicely located, practical access to assisi and freeways the breakfast is good the rooms are nice and comfortable the pool is nice but the spa is a weak spot for once it is not included, and secondly to go see it you need to wait for the spa person to be available to show you around. however if she is busy with a massage, like in our case, then you have to wait two hours to go see it. the pass is for 2 hrs only and the spa closes at 7pm. overall difficult and uneasy to access

Nice country location close to Asissi
Hotel staff was very accomodating. Nice breakfast buffet. We enjoyed being out in the country with all the benefits of a resort. Very enjoyable stay!
