"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this quaint apartment. The host was easy to contact and gave us a rundown on all the sites and best places to eat in Assisi. The beds were comfortable. Lots of dining choices and sightseeing all within easy walking distance. Our only complaint is we were a little bit cold. I should have had the host explain the thermostat before he left! "

"If you want a quiet, low key rental villa in Umbria centrally located to Assisi, Spello, Montefalco and Spoleto, this is perfect. Would be nice if there was breakfast on site or Nespresso and pastries at least. But overall, good value and would recommend. The pool is beautiful and walking through the olive groves was great."

The stonework was beautiful and gave it such a uniqueness. Also a bonus was the closeness of the different sites we wanted to see. 11 minutes to the tomb of St. Francis, 4 mins to St Clare, 1 mins to Blessed Carlos Acutis and daily mass! "Very clean, Sara was in communication all the time. The last set of stairs is narrow and a bit steep, so watch your step, especially if you have a suitcase. Shouldn't deter. I think if the property has wifi it would be a good thing. "

"This is a nicely located accommodation near a number of historic buildings, the Medievel city wall, the Roman acqueduct, and several monasteries. The views from the house and garden were breath taking. The furnishings were very comfortable and interesting with an artisitic flare. There was lots of room, while quiet and private, yet conveniently located. We would love to return here on our next trip to Spello.."
