"We must praise the outstanding hosts, Cati and Jaume. Excellent communication before & during the stay, and nothing was too much trouble. When visiting on our 2nd evening to complete registration, we pointed out that the coffee maker was not working - a replacement was delivered the next day. "Great location, property with character and charm and some quirks! Very comfortable bedroom, upstairs lounge and outside terrace. Need to be aware of the 35 steps from top to bottom if you forget to bring anything with you from the kitchen or bathroom! BBQ not there when we arrived but after contacting Homerti a new one was delivered to us the next day. Excellent customer service."

"Property was excellent!!! Perfect indoor and outdoor space for everyone to enjoy. Comfortable beds and kitchen with everything you need to prepare a lovely meal if you like. Many close restaurants near by and everything is walkable. No AC, which was tough the first day and night sleeping, but fans were provided, and weather was much cooler for the rest of our stay. You cannot beat this place, it’s wonderful!"

" This listing was a fantastic place to stay while visiting Mallorca. Centrally located, it provided easy access to everything on the island. The beds were comfortable, and the property grounds were beautiful. My only recommendation would be to provide more fans, as there was no AC and only one fan, which was a bit challenging with the 90-degree weather. Overall, thank you for the lovely accommodation!"

"This property would have been stunning 10 or 20 years ago, but sadly is falling into a state of disrepair, whch made it a difficult place to be in October. The garden is very overgrown, obscuring the view of the ocean almost entirely along the terrace. One of the main problems is a giant fig tree in the nextdoor garden, which blocks all the light. You can still see the ocean from the top bedroom, over the top of the fig tree. Many spiny centipedes needed removing from the house, and from...

"So fortunate to have chosen this little house, with a toddler friendly garden, so near to the beach. There is a gate to block off the stairs, which otherwise could cause problems, but the owners are very helpful and there is a high chair and a couple cots. Laundry room is a bonus."
