"This property fully lives up to the photographs on the hotel's website, which we stayed at in late-October. A nice quiet location at the side of the mountains, but not too far from Palma and Sóller. Friendly staff and tasty breakfasts; although no lunches are available and dinner can only be taken on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We stayed in the Sa Caseta Family Apartment, which was detached from the main property, clean, and ideal for a family of four. The apartment had a reasonably equipped kitchen, so it was possible to use for some limited self-catering. A great place to relax and get some peace and quiet."

"We loved our stay at Hotel Florida and would love to stay again/would gladly recommend. The resort felt quiet compared to others we've booked in the past, and compared to the nearby Son Matias area. Son Matias is walkable though and there are many options for food, drinks, and shopping. The onsite restaurant was very convenient as well. We loved that there were many places to tuck away along the coastline, which allowed us to be near the action or not. We stayed in the Siesta Suite which was well worth the upgrade - the private rooftop was stunning and the room had everything we needed."

"We chose this property for our stay in Mallorca because of the view and it did not disappoint! We loved the view of the sea and also the view of the mountains. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the patio one evening when we were home! One morning we enjoyed a beautiful rainbow after it rained out at sea! The house itself is beautiful and was super clean. Beds were very comfortable as well. There was plenty of room to spread out and hang out and relax but we spent most of our time on the patio outside. The location is outside the town of Deia but walkable- there are some steep hills returning to the house from Deia and we were delighted to find there were taxis in the town to bring us home after dinner - so we got the best of both - lovely walks into town (downhill) then taxi back! We initially arrived very late at night and Rosa our host was very accommodating - she sent great directions regarding getting to the house and also getting IN to the house- she left all the outside lights on and the front gate open which was really nice. The only problem we experienced was not related to this property directly - but there was a neighbor a few homes away that was burning their yard waste and the smoke was blowing our way which impacted us being outside. From what we understand , it is only permitted certain times of the year. If we had known this we might have changed our dates. It wasn’t all the time but a few times we had to come in because of the smell. "
