"We enjoyed the view from our rental and the quietness of the community. I was a bit disappointed in the condition of the rental. The furniture was in bad shape and the level of cleanliness was not to my standard. Kitchen table was wobbly and couch and chair were not comfortable. You could bounce in the chair when you sat down. "We had an amazing time at this cabin! Perfect spot for a fishing trip with friends. The cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location by the river made it easy to fish right from the dock, and we loved relaxing by the fire pit in the evenings. Plenty of space for all five of us, and the peaceful surroundings were exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great outdoor getaway!"

"Loved the home, it was perfect for the six of us. Heritage Harbor has incredible potential. We all thought it would be the perfect location to visit when the construction was more complete. It was disappointing that the area surrounding the home was all dirt and foundations were literally being dug around us. Only comments about the home we’d like to share were regarding the ceiling fans upstairs were very dirty, plumbing in the basement was noisy, and the screen door needs to be repaired....

"This was a good place to stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms stocked with supplies. The steps to the unit needed to be cleaned better. A couple of convenient outlets need to be fixed to work."

"We stayed at Aneta's villa at the Grand Bear Resort right down the street from Utica, for the 2025 Wine Walk. The place was beautiful, modern and cozy. It was a nice surprise to see how well-equipped the place was. Coming from a recent stay at a popular indoor waterpark in Wisconsin (so triple the price) where there was not even extra toilet paper let alone kitchen utensils - this place had everything you would need for a great stay. "Check in was easy&very welcoming, including pet treats, toys&poop bags.I loved that they included dog towels for wet dogs&muddy paws.This was a brief stay on our way back home from a long road trip.With a bit more attention to detail this property could be even better.Couch&chairs could use a deep steam cleaning.They held a little dander odor&kitchen seats had stains.
