"This a beautiful home in a fantastic location only a block from downtown and a short drive to Stsrved Rock. The house is beautiful with tons of character and modern features. The bedroom layout was perfect for our very inviting and the back deck and firepits were very inviting to enjoy even cool weather. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Quick trip to Illinois for fall break. My family loved the house. We all had rooms on separate floors and with teenagers they loved it! The area was really nice. Enjoyed some hiking at nearby Starved Rock State Park and Matthiessen State Park. Also drove in to Chicago quick for a Bulls game. "

"We had an amazing time at this cabin! Perfect spot for a fishing trip with friends. The cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location by the river made it easy to fish right from the dock, and we loved relaxing by the fire pit in the evenings. Plenty of space for all five of us, and the peaceful surroundings were exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great outdoor getaway!"

"We went to Pirates Cov waterpark. Starve Rock hiking. But when we came back to the house it was like home. We all live in the country in Indiana and love it. Very clean lots of room. The kids had fun deciding what room they were going to sleep in. Thank u so much for our stsy"

"We enjoyed the view from our rental and the quietness of the community. I was a bit disappointed in the condition of the rental. The furniture was in bad shape and the level of cleanliness was not to my standard. Kitchen table was wobbly and couch and chair were not comfortable. You could bounce in the chair when you sat down.
