"We booked 2 rooms for a family trip, as a graduation gift to our son and his girlfriend. The hotel is perfectly situated!!! Walking distance to great coffee (Swallow), boutiques, 7-11, amazing katsu, and the biggest Olive Young store!! The rooms were very clean and the products were very good (on par, if not better than Aesop)."

"The staff gave us an upgrade, and we were happy about it. But then, as soon as we got into the room we could not hide our disappointment. I understand that this was 2 stars hotel. However the cleanliness of this hotel was at its worst. I am pretty sure that they don't do proper room cleaning using housekeeping personnel. Not only the floor was dirty, but the stains on the walls, shower, and bathtub. Hairs were everywhere, and the refrigerator was never taken care of; it had a big chunk of coil...

A male worker (sorry I don't know his name) helped me weigh my luggage because I was not strong enough to lift it, which I appreciated a lot!
