"The staff at the reception and dining areas were very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient. We were able to walk the short distance to Shin Osaka Station to visit multiple sites. We would definitely stay at this property again."

"Great hotel, friendly welcoming staff. This location has great access to the subway to go deeper into Osaka or for people wanting to visit Kyoto. It is also 1 stop from Shin-Osaka, very easy access from the Shinkansen trains. The only negative is that the area around the hotel is pretty absent of things to do - you will have to transport to a different part of Osaka to have your fun."

"A clean and modern hotel. 5 people in 2 joined rooms. Beds were comfortable and made daily on our 4 night visit. Traditional bath and shower per room and separate toilet with bidet. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. Lots of toiletries in the reception area- take what you need. Paid for washing machines and driers available although these were selfishly hogged by people who didn't clear their laundry when finished. The machines also have a self assigned security code so you have to ask staff to empty the machine if they haven't been emptied by the owners. Close to amenities with Lawsons a few minutes walk away, Life supermarket 5 minute walk and lots of very good food establishments within the vacinity. Shin-Osaka station was only 5 minute walk away and we managed to wheel large suitcases with us. Although this hotel is not centrally based in Osaka, it is well worth staying at. Transport into Osaka and beyond was easy to navigate. We would stay here again."

"Excellent hotel, great value for money, we stayed in Deluxe Twin room that was spacious, very clean and convenient to stay. Comfortable beds and good noise isolation. Close to shin Osaka station. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast choices were slightly limited still enough for a light meal. Complementary soba was offered in the eve hours."
