"At first we had an issue with our first room, it was extremely small and uncomfortable and you couldn’t move. It was more of a closet however after reaching out to The dot with these issues, our room was changed to a larger one with a private bathroom for our remaining 2 days and this made the stay so much better. The U-bahn was only a 3-5 minute walk away and it was easy enough to get into the city centre. The beds are slightly hard and uncomfortable especially for people with back pain like...

"We overall had a good stay. Because this is Europe the room was not air conditioned. The nights were cool so it was ok. The breakfast was good. Many choices. Transportation is nearby and walkable even with suitcases. "
