"My family of 5 stayed at Ursula’s lovely home for our short visit to Iceland. The home was great for us to have family time, but also our own space to wind down at the end of a busy day. The kitchen was a dream to cook family meals in and my adult children loved the hot tub and close walk to the ocean. It was a wee bit of a drive to Reykjavík, but so worth it. Ursula was kind, responsive, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!"

"This house was great for three couples. Three bedrooms. One big full bathroom with another bathroom with a toilet, which was perfect to have. Kitchen was equipped plus the outdoor grill. There were a few spices so when we cooked we didn’t have to purchase. The hot tub is excellent way to end the night. As far as location, we loved the private space being outside of town. There looked like there was a vegetable stand around the corner but we didn’t end up needing to stop. We did two day trips...

"The house was perfect for our family of 4. The hot tub was amazing to watch the northern lights even in winter and the sauna was an added bonus. The location is great for seeing lots of great sights on the golden circle. We rented a car and toured the southern coast as well as Reykjavík. Listing is as described. The owner sends a full guide to the home and the area which is so helpful. He even gives his cell number for urgent matters. Highly recommend!"

"Overall, our three generations of family enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of room for the eight of us to spread out or be together, as desired. Everyone raved about the comfortable beds and bedding. We found the kitchen to be very well stocked. It was a pleasure to cook meals for a big crowd. The large dining table was perfect for family dinners and games. The common seating area was ideal. There were several beautiful books about Iceland to enjoy while relaxing on the lovely...
