"Amazing staff! Friendly & Courteous! We booked a king room suite and overall it was a very lovely experience. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was you are not able to open any windows for fresh air-they are covered with a plexiglass type of material. Other than that, the decor was beautiful and timeless. "All in all, a great place to stay in Seattle. Convenient freeway access, courteous staff, a prompt check in experience with great in-room amenities. The restaurant on site is a welcome addition. My only gripe during our stay was that it took 15 minutes to get someone on the phone to retrieve my vehicle from valet. That’s a first world problem in my book."
