"they have an incidental fee of $1. well my partner had left his wallet in my car and the staff would not let him out room until that $1 was paid. absolutely ridiculous. especially after it was paid with our prior reservation. They made him sit in the lobby until i came back 2 hours later. room was fine, good location but terrible customer service. there’s other hotels with better customer service that’d i’d go to before going here again"
