"We enjoyed staying at this property, it's newly built and has lots of nice amenities. The only thing missing from the unit was in unit laundry, which was unfortunate. You would think designers would understand that women, who typically are the ones in charge of laundry, have very little desire to hang out in a joint laundry facility, but would prefer the peace and safety of doing laundry on their own time. Property on a busy road, but designed to insulate guests from much of the noise and...

"Great proximity to the beach. Just a short drive down the street. Quiet neighborhood. The pond in the back was beautiful and relaxing to enjoy our morning coffee. Overall a great stay!"

"Even though it is right on the 101 Hwy, our unit 21 was remarkably quiet. I loved that they were new units, modern & clean. The king beds were quite comfortable, the bathrooms were great, and it had a well maintained kitchen. We loved the fireplace, the ceiling fans and the heating. Definitely on the list to return!"

"This property was great! Location was wonderful and overall was very satisfying. We would definitely stay there again!"

"This is a great property when traveling as a family. We were in Seaside for the breach volleyball tournament and it was perfect for kids to play volleyball in the grass area and the game room was perfect for them to hangout in. It was also nice for the adults to just be able to relax and enjoy the outdoor fire places. It's about 1.5 miles (or so) from downtown but very easy to get in and out of. We will definitely be back next year!"

"1st my wife and kids took a hike on the trail around the pond and there was a homeless camp at the end of the trail!! 2nd Our fridge quit working and all my food got spoiled. Over $200 in groceries. I told management and they promised to follow up with me saying they would reimburse us for my losses. They still haven’t reached out 5 days later."

"Great house, just the right size! Out of the way location in a quiet area with beach access just across the street. A harem of elk were our amost daily visitors. Privacy between bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Would recommend it to our friends."
