"Nice two star property with view of the ocean. (No balcony.) Easy walk to Seaside beach. Promenade is right in front of hotel. Easy parking although unclear if the lot overfills later in the day. Comfortable beds. Clean room but a little worn. Nice fridge and microwave; small table with two chairs. Nice room set up with toilet separate from the sink area. Sink area has no door, but in the entry of the room behind a wall so a light on at night will not wake your partner. The inn is right downtown Seaside and easy walk to restaurants and shops. Continental breakfast very basic and not great, but fine for those who like this amenity. Small pool - did not use as lots of kids during my time there, but looked nice."

"The staff were very solicitous, friendly, and had a good sense of humor. Our room was very clean and updated. My only concern would be if we had noisy neighbors (which we didn’t) as the walls are very thin and we could hear the very occasional comment. But we would definitely stay here again. "
