"Spacious and clean properly just a 5 minute walk from the Canada Water Station stop on the tube. We felt safe in the house and out in the neighborhood. Plenty of space for 4 senior gals, with 2 comfortable common areas to relax in, have the morning coffee and evening review of the days events. The host was responsive, and we enjoyed our stay! I would definitely book again, and I highly recommend this property!"

All new throughout, quality fittings, spacious, comfortable, stylish, very well equipped kitchen, parking on property behind locked gate, comfy beds, good bathrooms. Convenience store and good take-away food shop across the road. Easy drive to the delights of Kent. We loved it here – it was the perfect resting place after a busy road trip around...

"This place fit the budget and was close enough for all our London activities. We needed a little extra space for our adult kids traveling with us, and this place was just right. Michael was attentive as it was quite warm during our stay and he sent us fans to stay comfortable at night. The house is older but that added to its charm."

"We really lucked out with this one. We were vacationing with two teens - 18 year old boy, 17 year old girl, se we needed three bedrooms. Difficult to find in London, and impossible in July without a lot of money. And having a nice grocery nearby saved even more - we were able to do so much in London because we found the right place. "Lovely house in quiet road. Beautiful furnishings and decor. Spotlessly clean. Communication with the host was excellent and prompt. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here."

"We had a wonderfull time. There is enough space for sleeping and seating with 7 or more people. The dinnertable is a little bit too small for 7 or more people. The jaccuzi is clean and nice to sit in."

"Location was so suitable for the peace and quiet i needed. very very comfortable beds . well equipped with state of the art furniture. true to photos. calm and serene atmosphere. only issue was giant slugs at front door everytime we stepped out. but they are part of the ecosystem right? otherwise a fantastic place and worth every penny."

"Not accurately portrayed in the photos at all. Very dirty, stains on carpets, floors, ceilings, mirrors, windows. Washing machine leaking onto kitchen floor, broken showers, wardrobes broken. Over all very un kept, dirty and shabby. We most definitely will not be coming here again. No care taken at all."

Fantastic service and very comfy

"Fantastic stay and service. The family room we booked wasnt available but we were given 2 rooms for the same price and free breakfast and cocktails to make up for this...over and above. The bed was exceptionally comfy. The staff were wonderful.Perfect for an overnight stay after a concert at the 02. Would definitely go back."

"The staff were outstanding. They were friendly, supportive and informative. I really appreciate that the option is available to purchase food and drinks after hours. Each last member of staff were very decent and a joy to interact with. I soooo appreciate their hospitality and assistance. The surrounding areas are stunningly beautiful, especially the park in front of the hotel. The stores within this area are unique and enjoyable to visit. The hotel was pristine clean. The property and facilities were excellent. I really appreciate your help and I will highly recommend this facility to any wouldbe traveller. "
