"What a stunning house! Tasteful and elegant decor throughout with homely features. Adele is the perfect host; attentive yet not overbearing and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious and couldn’t be faulted. The room was spotless with plenty of refreshments and little treats left for us to enjoy. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it. "Fabulous value for the size of room.We have stayed here many times when visiting family in Retford. Our room this time was a little disappointing compared to all the other rooms we stayed in.The bed was a double but we only had a single wardrobe and 5 hangers.Usually there is ample wardrobe space and a seating area.I will definitely return but will ask for the rooms we've had on previous visits. It is a very comfortable place to stsy and handy for walking into town."

We had been out drinking and was a late night the morning after I asked if we could extend our check out time the request was accepted at no extra cost. "Stayed in the big family room on the top floor Sun 11th Feb with my wife, daughter and dog. The room was very clean, huge smart TV, tea/coffee facilities and very spacious! We had a great stay and would definitely stay again. Lynn, the host was very nice, friendly and helpful.. showed me around all the facilities and showed us how to use the key codes. "This property is very run down and dangerous Inside of the property were people who were clearly there because they were homeless and had no where else to go . Above the toilet is the houses combi boiler which is dangerous. No television in the room, building work going on inside of the property and the WiFi code that does not work . So to summarise this really isn’t accommodation for people wanting travel accommodation but a place where homeless people are given temporary accommodation. ...
