"The houseboat is really cozy and the location is near all of the different places we wanted to visit in the area (Jefferson and Caddo Lake State Park). One of my favorite things was looking at the stars from the roof of the houseboat. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The flea market up the road was charming and fun, and the outpost nearby was very convenient for small groceries/sundries. "

"We always wanted to visit the Caddo Lake area, but really didn't know what to expect. This getaway on the bayou was a very pleasant surprise for us and had beautiful scenery! It was also a bonus to meet Coach, who was a great host and right across the road in case we needed anything! "

"Enjoyed the house. Great location. House was actually much bigger than expected. If I had any thing short of five star, it would be in regards to cleanliness. Floors were dirty, as well as countertops in areas. However, it did not negatively impact our stay."
