Everything worked & Staff was genuine & helpful and personable. Great place to observe a winter storm. Right in the middle of old town Florence with lotsa good stores & restaurants. "Room was nice and clean. Pool should be open later. We got chased out of the pool area 10 minutes before it was set to close. The spa water and floor around the spa was very dirty. The water was cloudy and there was a scum ring around the top. Hair all over the ground around the spa. Also, it’s very small and outdated. The sauna was out of order. "

"We arrived at the hotel and I realized I forget my silverware. The manager at the hall was so gracious he gave me a tupperware container full of everything I was going to need knives spoons forks butter knives can opener, you name it he gave it to us so very generous. The cabin was absolutely breathtaking it was beautiful comfortable cozy."
