"I had the best time in Vienna, staying at the Domizil was perfect for my stay. I was welcomed with a very lovely lady, the room was beautiful and spacious. The location was amazing, so close to St Stephen 's Cathedral and many bars, restaurants and shops. "

"At first, I thought the hotel was a little sketchy. It has a very small elevator, which you have to take up one floor to reach the reception desk. The "Reception" is just a small office that seems pretty outdated. But the place really grew on me after a couple days. The room was very nice, the beds very comfortable, and it was very quiet despite being in a busy part of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. "Excellent spot with main attractions in walking distance. Used as one night oversleep with short visit around the city. We used close by bounce luggage storage, right behind the State opera, while checking out from the appartment, that gave us extra time to visit Hofburg."

"The room was modest but clean, and great beds and pillows. Shower was clean, and lots of hot water. Breakfast was enough to keep going till mid-afternoon. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel is in a really good location, easy to walk around and close to the metro. The staff were all very nice. The only issue I had was my room window curtain. My room was near the hallway, and every time someone walked past, the hallway lights would come on. My room’s window curtains weren't thick enough to block the light, so I kept getting woken up. "

"Very good location with access to the subway on your doorstep. Lots of shops nearby. The hotel does feel like its long overdue a refurbishment. Some of the wiring in the room and bathroom looked a bit dodgy for a hotel in an EU capital city. Another great stay at the Meridien in Vienna

"Great hotel in the centre of Vienna just a couple of minutes walking distance away from the Opera, main shopping area and other atractions like the Hofburg. Very nice restaurant and bar with a lot of food and drink options. The spa is ok including an indoor pool and jackuzzy but the water temperature of the pool was to cold."

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it enough! The location is incredibly convenient—just a few minutes’ walk from the main station (though I initially took a cab, not realizing there was a direct path!). From the moment I checked in, the experience was top-notch. I was upgraded to an executive suite, and it was absolutely fantastic! The bed and pillows were so incredibly comfortable that I slept like a baby—truly one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time. The next morning, I was on the hunt for a great cappuccino after experiencing mediocre coffee at my previous location. The gentleman at the front desk recommended a nearby restaurant, and wow, the cappuccino was so good I ended up having two cups! Everything about my stay exceeded expectations, and I will actually be returning again in a few days. Highly recommended!"

"Brought mum for a long weekend. Mooons is conveniently located with lots of travel links and options. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and the whole feel of the hotel was relaxed and welcoming. Some building/renovation works taking place, so the decor was unfinished in reception/bar HOWEVER no works being undertaken during our stay so not disruptive at all. The breakfast is AMAZING, and we loved every second of our stay. "

"Great hotel! Amazing location. Walkable to all major attractions. Excellent restaurants. Tram in front of hotel. Beds a great. Could use more storage in rooms. Friendly staff. Perfect 2 week stay in Vienna thanks to the Grand Ferdinand hotel. We will be back."
