"Air conditioning on my room broke, it’s super warm, after letting the staff know they really try there best to help, on the middle of the night one staff brought a fan and unlocked the window, and they have building maintenance fix it right the next day, for me that’s a good job other than that everything on this hotel it perfect "

"I had read a few negative reviews about the Ibis Styles after booking, so I was apprehensive, but my experience was brilliant! The check in process was quick, even though there were 6 couples ahead of me, the staff were helpful and friendly and communal areas were clean. There are no signs for the lifts/elevators but the staff pointed out their location. The room was also clean, tidy and spacious, especially the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and we could set our own room temperature for comfort. We slept with the windows slightly ajar, however, were not woken up by any traffic noises. The shuttle bus was good and ran on time, however, could do with a clean inside. I would definitely stay here again."

"Really loved this hotel, loved the extra little bits other hotels don’t do - free glass of wine between 4-5, free fruit water and iced tea, stroopwaffels when leaving, slippers and dressing gowns in rooms - all lovely touches! So close to the square and to the train station. Just wonderful stay thank you "

"Fantastic stay for a last night before flying out the next day. Will def stay here again, but only for conscience of flying in or out of Schiphol. I wouldn’t stay here for a trip or vacation b/c of the location. But everything for the airport is great!"

"The hotel is in a great location.. the hotel is clean and very modern.. A good vibe hotel. we stayed in a 6 floor room with a terrance and it was perfect, lots of space, clean and the bed was really comfy. Staff were helpful. Liked that you could only go on the hotel floor that your staying on.. felt very safe. Would definitely recommend this hotel and glad we chose to stay here. "
