"We stayed at the Chic 3 bed condo and it was terrific all the way around. The beds were extremely comfortable and the property was superb. Location is the best. Very close to a lot of attractions, including the river walk and downtown. Ubering downtown is $15 for an XL !"

Oct. 2024 was the date we chose and this is the property we chose to spend our weekend together as sisters and 1 brother. We chose to cook and hang out at the condo and this place was perfect. We had a wonderful time playing games and spending quality time together. Nice and peaceful. Would recommend to anyone."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were right across from Schlitterbahn which was within walking distance. The river was right below our balcony with a great “nature show” at night. We saw deer, foxes, skunks, opossums, and ducks. The kids loved it!! We could walk right down to the beautiful blue river water and float/swim. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed for the week. The only issue we had was that it definitely needed a deep clean. There was a lot of dust buildup on...

"This was the perfect place for family and friends. Close to the wedding venue, situated halfway between Austin and San Antonio; within a couple miles of grocery store, New Braunfels, historical Gruene, etc…Having the king suites for the adults and loft queen suite for the kids was great! "
