"I had a lovely stay at this comfortable cabin. The property is nicely located to town, yet you feel like you’re in your own special retreat. I absolutely loved making my morning tea and looking out at the horses through the kitchen window. The owners are friendly and helpful. I will return again for sure! "

"Everything is pretty much brand new. We were the only ones on the property. The other three shipping containers were vacant. Very romantic weekend. Hot tub steps from back door. Deer feeder in front of the property was pretty cool. All the deer come running over at feeding time. Clise enoughto Gruene to be convenient far enough to feel rural."

"We had 4 people in our group for our weekend stay. When we first arrived we were impressed with the fabulous view of river from house. This is an older house that had everything we needed to be comfortable. Great location!! We will stay again"

"It was great, and honestly would’ve been a 5-star review, but they decided to cut the grass on the property at 9am on a Saturday morning, as we were enjoying our morning coffee on the back deck. Kind of killed the chill vibes. "

"I lost my mother two months ago. This stay was a chance to breathe and relax for the first time since then. The river always calms me so this was the perfect getaway. House was perfect and all the amenities offered really did make this an absolute breeze of a weekend. Thank you"

"My only issues was a question that the unit was in listed in check in instructions for New Braunfels and they had mentioned it was in San Antonio, which is not correct. I did indicate to them that it is confusing and they’re looking into correcting their description. Also, the only other issue was checking in and the gates for security would not always open for car entrance with the codes given to me which you had to wait for somebody else driving up that lived there and when they opened up...
