"We had a very delightful stay at One Thibault. Our room was on the 25th floor with an excellent ocean view. Ours was also a corner unit which gave us a panoramic view of the Cape Town Harbor. The one bedroom option was perfect for us and came decked out with all of the amenities which allowed us to cook breakfast. The elevator system is the best and most efficient that I have ever seen in a building. Before you enter an elevator you enter your room onto the keypad and you are automatically assigned one of six elevators. There are no floor buttons inside of the elevator to push eliminating someone from entering and getting off at another random floor slowing the process down. We stayed for four days and the only issue which we had was that our shower gels, soaps, teas and coffees were not topped up. Other than that is was a delight."

"Great experience at the Rockerfella. The room was spacious and well maintained. The restaurant and breakfast excellent and one of the best equipped gyms I’ve seen at a hotel. Very good value for money. Need to be a bit careful walking around the area though. "

"My stay at the Taj Cape Town overall was great from the moment that you walk in the customer service at the front desk was awesome. Shoutout out to Zim. She was amazing from beginning to start appreciate the complementary bottle of wine sent to my room majority of all the people there were very friendly, very kind and very supportive. They were some miscommunications with some of people there in some parts where they don’t communicate to each other and things sometimes got a little bit out of hand, but overall customer service there was very good comfortable bed rooms were cleaned. The food was great right in the city center, no parking. Transportation for concierge service is a little expensive. But one or two days they try to accommodate me so I do appreciate that, but they made it feel special certain days for my birthday and they were very attentive to all the tours and events and dining that I had to do, they really made me feel great. Shout out to Taariq the best concierge that you can ever think of. He was amazing followed by Kevin and Dani awesome job. Not forget Primrose and so much more. There was so many names that made my trip feel so special from the dining area all the way to the top thank you guys for everything. I will never forget the experience everything that I told that they could do better on they worked on the rooms were a little outdated, but they were on it right away. We make sure it’s getting fixed so maintenance. Did an awesome job"

"Included breakfast was very good. Good location. Most staff very helpful. Not sure about room service as we did not see anything done in room except new coffee cups. Would have been nice to have coffee service restocked. Shower cap and single shower gel provided. Nothing else so bring your own."

"What a blast staying in a camper - so fun and whimsical staff were lovely - breakfast was great - wonderful way to end my trip / long street is its own beast so always think about travelling in. And out safely but long street is also very central and great for food and shopping "
