"Excellent stay! Our room was amazing with a spectacular view of Table Mountain. The hotel amenities were plentiful and the staff was top tier. Room service was excellent. Laundry services were excellent as well. When we were unable to book a massage at the spa due to unavailability, the hotel arranged a mobile spa to come directly to our room instead. We had a reservation at Fyn restaurant, and the manager had security walk my husband and I over to ensure our safety at night. When I forgot something in the room after checkout, the concierge organized a courier from the hotel to deliver it to our next hotel in Constantia. Everything was simply five stars, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when visiting Cape Town. "

"I sgayed in the sugar daddy suite and absolutely loved it! The hotel is beautiful and the toom was very spacious. When i checked in i was warmly greeted and the staff helped me bring my bags upstairs. They do have an elevator as well. The rooftop area was gorgeous and had great music playing in the evening. The restaurant had amzing food that was freshly made each day and a food amount of options. They also had a cake of the day with a cappucino special (best way to end the day!). It was located 2 bkocks from the hop on and off bus tour and one of their main office. I would highly recommend!"

"We stayed at this hotel for 4 extra nights after our 2 week South Africa tour ended. It was a great location to walk to many meeting points for the tours we organized. The room was on the small side but we managed with one queen bed. The full breakfast (included) had plenty to choose from. All staff were attentive & helpful while assisting with our many questions. We highly recommended this hotel! "

"We arranged to arrive 1 day early before our organized group tour of S Africa. The hotel on request arranged for private car to pick us up at airport after our international flight. When we checked in early, we learned the hotel was completely full. They had upgraded our room for the night to the top floor’s priority suite. We waited for a few hours in the roof bar and pool area while our suite was prepared for us. When the front desk heard that we were celebrating our 50th anniversary we were surprised to find a lovely cake and delightful card from the staff when we arrived in our suite. Truly exceptional service. Next day we joined our escorted tour and moved to the standard hotel room for the next 5 days which was clean, well appointed with everything perfect. We found all the staff-housekeeping, restaurant, and concierge to be professional and polite. The only downside to staying in the downtown area is safety outside of the hotel. We were warned by the concierge to never walk around alone and we heeded that advice, taking a cab to the beautiful waterfront a few minutes away. The African people we met there are caring, friendly and joyful. So happy we took this trip!"
