"Brilliant hotel, very close to all the sites in Florence. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Only downside would be the bar wasn't open on the evening and there was some renovations taking place that we wasnt aware of, but would recommend staying here!"

"The staff at check in were amazing , very thoughtful and understanding. It was my Birthday yesterday and I had a breakfast cake and Happy Birthday sang to me then upon returning from our day out , I received a bottle of fizz and lovely displayed chocolates.
