"The place was great. Staff was excellent. My only complaint was the mattress was way to soft. After the 3rd night my back and neck were killing me. Lori was super accommodating with our reservation as we were diverted from Savannah airport due to the closure of the airport (first snow in 7 years) She helped us throughout the process to ensure we could enjoy the stay for the days we managed to get down there. "GREAT location , Castle at the front desk for check in was amazingly friendly and courteous! The continental breakfast was good coffee was nice and hot. The only downside was one of the beds in the room seem to have broken springs on one side, but I reported it to the front desk. She was very polite upon checkout, a different staff member. we will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we visited Savannah."
