Upon arriving, we were greeted with Thai tea and hot towels, and every staff person we met was so kind and helpful! "The hotel is so dirty and outdated. The bathroom smells so bad and has so many mold and mildew stains. The toilet needs to be replaced and the lighting needs to be fixed. The tv is from the early 2000’s and also there’s no lock for the balcony. This is in a sketchy area. Also want to add that the mattress are all very firm. I would say it’s on the extra firm side. Add a few more bucks and stay elsewhere! "
