"This was a very different kind of experience. I love old houses and owned/worked on an old house. So, to start I love being in that environment. This is an old building and I wanted to take care of it as if I owned it. It put me in an old town street, with very high ceilings. I am not use to radiated heat, but a great experience. I liked all the nuance that came with the location/stairs/lighting ect. What a great experience. If going up stairs is difficult for someone, this may not be...

"There were some minor property issues, but they were not even close to a deal breaker. The House was clean and bright and had everything we needed. My family had a wonderful time. I enjoyed being back in the Heart of the Rockies and in the heart of downtown. I was a geology student in Salida in the mid-90s, and it was great to see that this town is still strong. I loved seeing some of the same places I frequented are still around."

"The property was amazing! There was plenty of room for 4 of us and the location couldn’t have been better! Shops and restaurants were all a short walk away! The views from the deck were beautiful! The host was very friendly, super quick to respond to questions, and even let us change our booking at the last minute due to a snow storm! We plan to book this loft again soon!"
