The second floor recreation room was a happy place to be -Zen garden view, delicious snacks, drinks, and late night soup... The rooms were clean and spacious. Onsen pools were nice, especially the roof top one. We look forward to our next trip there"

"The hotel is very clean and the room size is adequate for two. Lack of a proper closet and drawers to store your clothing is inconvenience and a minus. The hotel is very close to the Sapporo Train Station and its connecting hugh underground shopping complex - within walking distance. There is a underground walking tunnel leading to a building right next to the Hotel - this is very helpful especially in the winter cold weather and snow. The hotel should emphasize that this underground walking...
