This hotel is a much better choice outside of winter time. The ice was more than two inches thick and it surrounded the hotel, which made walking really unsafe. We had some communication problems with some of the staffs with English. The room is spacious for two with two large suitcases. Overall the facility was clean. Parking was free for us. There was quite some walking to the center of Sapporo and to the nearest station.

デラックストリプルルーム利用でした。 部屋は思ったよりも広く、家族４人でしたが大きいキャリーバック3つでもスペースも余裕がありました。 ドレッサーもお風呂も広く満足でしたが、排水溝や箇所箇所清掃が行き届いていないところもありました。 朝食のバイキングは種類も多くて、美味しかったです。特に海鮮丼は特別感があり、2日連続頂きました。 飲み物もデザートも思ったよりも種類が多く、子供たちも喜んでいました。 ランドリールームがあの部屋数なのに、洗濯機2台、乾燥機2台で常に並んでいました。又ランドリールームの埃が尋常ではない量で不快でした。 男性スタッフの対応が塩でしたが、それ以外のスタッフは対応も良く、駐車場のスタッフの方も親切でした。 立地も良くトータル的に大満足でした。 ありがとうございました。
