"The hotel is so convenient directly across from the train station. Easy check in and helpful staff with some English spoken. The room was efficient with walk in shower, but no frills. The hotel is right on two major streets, but still very quiet. A taxi stand is located right in front of the hotel. The housekeeping staff are the stars of the show and took care of us. "

"We stayed five nights at a quadruple room and enjoyed the stay thoroughly. The living room was spacious and the kitchen most functional. We also liked the washer and dryer at the ground floor. There were three of each but always available when we needed them. The location was great as it was close to the morning seafood market and Hakodate station yet quiet. The balcony has a nice view of mountains afar. But the best part of the stay was the wonderful staff, especially Ms Nakasato who gave us...
