"Our 8 night stay was excellent. The staff are uniformly friendly and professional. The small coffee/snack bar was convenient for a quick bite and there are excellent restaurants within a short walk. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed having a kitchenette with in room laundry. Would definitely stay again. "

"The property is very clean and centrally located near stores and restaurants. It is about a 9 minute walk from the metro blue line. There are quite a few Asian restaurants specifically in this area. The rooms are quite large and very clean. The staff knows the area very well and can give good recommendations. "

"This hotel is my first one that I could not mention any thing that would make me uncomfortable or upset. It locates in the center of old city. Restaurants, shops, transportation, and the historic places are all in the walking distance. It is the first hotel that I would sing the praises to the receptionists. There are so knowledgeable, welcoming, supportive, respectful, and professional. Room was clean and warm. Breakfast was good. My stay was great."

"This was a great central location to city center. Easy to walk to many places from here. Room was lovely, very clean and nice ammenities. It is located above Pink Street so it is loud in the evenings if that bothers you. It did not bother our stay, just an FYI."

"I love this property!! To start with, I communicated with the hotel via Expedia messaging prior to my trip and Pestaña always responded and quickly at that. Upon arrival, I was able to check-in early which was much appreciated after a 15 hour journey. The staff was so nice at check-in and also throughout my stay. "Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Multiple buses pass by the hotel, it would be helpful to have information for visitors regarding such options. It is important to note that the taxi service that the hotel call to transport me back to the airport robbed be by intentionally over-charging me. He said that it is 40 euros when on multiple occasions I was told it is 25 euros. Not Hotel's fault but be aware and perhaps communicate to the taxi company.. "Very walkable nice area, surrounded by parks and restaurants; clean and convenient rooms with everything you need in the kitchen. Grocery shopping options nearby. Staff is helpful. We walked everywhere, but you can also get a cheap uber to get to the center. "
