"The property is very nice. The rooms are nicely decorated. The only thing is they never replenished the drinking water in the room or the Coffee for the machine. My rooms ac was not working correctly and my room was very hot. They moved me to another room and that room was a little better but still not as cool as I would like. You would turn the ac on and an AI would take over and turn it down. They need to fix that problem. Plus the rooftop bar was closed and that would have been nice to have....

"The staff here are extremely friendly and accommodating. This location is perfect if you want to be close to the water for surfing or walks on the beach. At this location you are close enough to city to commute or drive in, but far enough to enjoy the quiet of suburbia. I was there during slow season but I'm sure during peak season the hotel’s events and happy hours would have more attendance. "

"Overall, our experience at Quinta was very good. The property is absolutely beautiful, and the staff were very good. We especially enjoyed out bike tour led by one of the young staff members. "Fantastic location, great ocean view, excellent service, and a delicious breakfast. My only concern was with the shower, which was lukewarm on two of my three nights. When I reported it to the front desk, they explained that it was due to high demand at the same time, but this didn’t make sense, as it wasn’t a busy season. For a four-star hotel, I’d expect a reliable hot water supply regardless of occupancy. Overall, though, a great experience with just this one small issue."
