"It was my fourth time staying at Casa Jum. When driving from New York with the night flight, we land at 2 AM, and spending the night in Santiago is most convenient. The hostel staff will communicate with you in advance about your arrival time, so the night guard was aware. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, there is hot water and AC in all rooms. TV as well, and wifi. I wish they had breakfast options, like egg and fruit salad. I always have to go to the supermarket first to get something to...

"I like the staff that serve in the restaurant, everyone was friendly and helpful, I really loved that about them. The thing that I didn't like, was the route to go to the restaurant, you have to walk from the second floorof the hotel, and go outside like going to the street, and get into the restaurant, the real inconvenience, was when it was raining. They provided umbrella, but I would rather for them to have an opening from the hotel to the restaurant or cover the qrea from down the stairs to...

"The staff looked really happy about doing their jobs. They fulfilled every request. The attention to detail was top notch. They actually cared, they all greeted us and wanted to make sure we were okay every time. If ever I need to go back to Santiago or know anyone who want to, this hotel will be the first option everytime. Milca the Concierge was the Best. "

"This hotel is located on amazing grounds - it is very beautiful. You can walk into the down town area but it is very noisy and quite a lot of traffic. The front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfasts (no buffet when we were there) was pretty average. You were allowed to order one item off the menu and it wasn't amazing. Overall though , we'd definitely stay again."
