"Issue with booking as I booked at 22:00 hours when pulled over at the side of the road after 300 mile plus motorbike journey. Got to hotel and had to ring owner who was surprised I had made a booking as he stated doesn’t take booking after 20:30. He was very accommodating and came out to let me in but poor show by Booking.com allowing me to book and putting both me and the owner in an awkward situation."
