"I loved that it was right on the beach with gorgeous scenery. The heated pool was nice. We had a wonderful time! We had a crazy start on Friday. They sent us the access code to get in the condo but neglected to tell us we needed to push the check mark also so we had a problem getting in. There could have been better communication there. All in all it was a great stay! Thanks!"

"I have been staying in Beechwood Villas since 2012. I really loved the location of building 5, which is one of the closest to the beach access. I was a little surprised that this unit had no washer and dryer, as most of the units do have them. Also I was surprised that there were only 4 towels to use for a 3 night stay. I would recommend bringing your own towels if you stay here."

"This property was such a blessing, true to its advertising. The king-sized bed was perhaps the best bed I have ever slept in, sans at home. The space was spacious for my wife and me and provided the perfect amenities for our stay. It was a short 5-minute drive to the Seaside area, about 7 minutes to Watercolors, and a short 5-minute walk to the public beach. Publix shopping was just a few min drive and had everything we needed for the weekend. If we return to the 30A area, we will definitely...
