"We enjoyed 2 nights in the Old Florida Room in April. It was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was delightfully unique and the breakfast at the on-site cafe was delicious. It was an easy walk to the beach and several places to eat. Bike rentals were close by and were a great way to explore the beach towns along the 30A. If ever back in the area, we would stay here again!"

"I can't say enough about how great this property is. We came for Spring Break so we were here for a week. The room was very nice, clean, great amenities, and friendly cleaning staff. Also let me say how great the front desk staff was so friendly and very helpful. My husband can't stop raving about how amazing the breakfast was every morning. The breakfast staff was a very hard working group and always making sure everyone had what they needed. The property was kept up daily and very clean. "

"Stayed three nights. Had all the convinces of home. First night was a learning experience. The pool was clean and clear. The room was clean , everything was well maintained and in good working condition. We was comfortable the whole time. It was mostly quiet although there was some construction going on around the neighborhood. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."

"Very cute property. Very comfortable beds and great little pool/spa. There was a slight hiccup with a new sewage pump. However, it was taken care of within 24 hours. The management company was very accessible with prompt communication. We were very happy with our stay and the kids had a blast!!! Very close to the beach. Would definitely book again! "

"I booked this listing last minute for a “senior skip day” for myself, daughter, and two of her friends. It was a great location. Even though the weather was not cooperating, the girls and I had a great time. Unit was clean and the bedroom space gave everyone enough space. "
