"Great location in Santa Rosa! The beach is across the street and easy access. Shops are located on first floor with coffee and shopping. Shunk Gulley is across the street with delicious food and drinks. Parking was never a problem. I wished there had been chairs on the balcony to have morning coffee. The bed was very comfy! "

"We had a great stay in your unit. The only downside was an early morning delivery for the Pizza place. The delivery driver was very loud outside the elevator as he was talking on his cell phone and unloading all the boxes outside the elevator in front of the unit. Other than that experience we had a wonderful time. "

"We had an incredible stay! This is in the perfect location, walkable to Seaside and a short drive to any other 30A location! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay for our family vacation! Though tiny, this home had everything we needed and didn’t feel too tight for our needs! Just steps to the beach, it really is the complete package! We highly recommend!"

"Clean cottage. End of a gravel road. Very private and quiet (except for the croaking frogs, which is pretty great). The back of the house is a separate studio, so it is possible, but rare to spot another guest. Walk to beach is ok. Solid 5 minutes. Lots of quirky odds and ends make this place seem different than all the bland modern condos in the area. But still very clean."

"Gulf Place is our favorite place to stay, and we have stayed at the Inn several times. The room was in good condition, with a good view of the Gulf, and ample supplies. The mattress needs an upgrade.This is the first time there has ever been an issue with the elevator. It wasn’t working all weekend and we were on the 4th floor, so we got a little exercise, coming and going.Hopefully, it will be fixed for the next people that stay."

"The location is perfect for easy access to the beach. The condo has everything for a relaxing vacation. The unit is really nice and does look like the pictures. It is smaller than it appears in the pictures. There is also no extra storage space in the kitchen. The unit was clean but the toilet had stains around the rim of the upper part of the toilet bowl. All in all we enjoyed our stay and loved the proximity to the beach."
