"We come back to Santa Monica often since we moved away 12 years ago. This is one of the best places we have stayed. Everything was as described. "We spent a week at the "cottage." The accommodations were as described - clean & comfortable. We never cook when away so the small kitchen worked fine for us - as did the one-room efficiency floor plan since we were out-and-about most of the day. A block and a half from the beach (yay!) and many restaurant choices also in walking distance (1-1.5 miles). "If you want to stay in South Pasadena, this property has an excellent location as so much is walkable - the train, the grocery store, lots of restaurants, the library. We appreciated also that there are a lot of spices and some condiments and that food preparation was easy. It is nice to have an office space if one is doing some work. It is a small space."

"What a secluded oasis steps away from the bluffs and town! We didn’t need a car the whole weekend and getting in and out of the VRBO was a breeze. Also, the room was very clean, comfortable, and private. Communication was top notch and helpful!"
