"Hotel could not be more convenient, easy to access lots of city points. If you have bad knees like me, ask for a first-floor room. The courtyard can get noisy but I didn't mind it. I was disappointed when I went for a hot shower and only cold water was available. Pros: Good breakfast, location Cons: Wifi and hot water were unstable, no elevator "

"Nice hotel overlooking the Zocalo, so u will get the noise from the area. Prices tend to be too high but it's clean & comfortable. We only had a small issue with the water leaking out through a hole onto the bathroom floor. I was given the wrong room in the back of the hotel when I had booked a park/square view & when I asked to change rooms the receptionist was hesitant which made no sense as the hotel was half empty. "
