We arrived early, they accommodated us with storing our luggage until check in . The front desk clerk Viridiana was very helpful. I would definitely use this hotel on my next trip to Oaxaca.

Clean and very well located, just a few minutes from the center. Conveniently located near the center but in a silent and confortable zone, no noises, no crowds, nice rest and a very convenient fee. Absolutely recommendable.

The breakfast was good & it was a hot breakfast daily. They had drinking bottled water to refill our water bottle in the dining room & the tons we're very clean. They didn't have face towels & only 1 hand towel per room. When I asked for a 2nd towel, I was told only 1 per room!?! 😳 "What?" Front desk said they'd ask & get me one. Didn't get one.... bottom line, had to ask 3x & get it from the front desk. The next day after housekeeping, it was gone! I didn't try to get another one! Too much hassle!

En general bien, excepto que la alfombra tenía suciedad se notaba que no la habían aspirado. Y nos toco una habitación en la que en la parte de arriba estaban las lavadoras y se oía mucho ruido, no podíamos descansar y nos cambiaron de habitación a una sin ruido. En el baño había gusanos en la parte del lavamanos.
