"The property, rooms and surrounding gardens are just wonderful. Picturesque and very peaceful. The rooms are stunning. Only thing we missed was any guidance, signs etc to point to reception and breakfast area. It's a little search and find. Also there was no coffee or bar service as mentioned as all was closed, so I would recommend to enquire beforehand if you plan to use these facilities. Internet is very poor, working only on the 1 st flr not at all in our room on thr second, we spent hours standing in cold dark lobby to get reception for checking in for our flights and planning the road Parking is also a problem around that place."

"This hotel is actually not a hotel but a few rooms attached to the villa volpi hotel, a 10 minute steep walk up the hill. All meals and staff are found at villa volpi, there are no real facilities to speak of at suite accommodation. It's not as discribed in the information at all. In fact, we chose to upgrade for €70/night to stay at villa volpi. I would recommend villa volpi but not suite accommodation "
