"We spend 1 excellent week in this villa. The villa is well equipped. The swimming pool is large and the children enjoyed it. The villa is in a quiet village and is well located (about 20 min by car from Pisa or Lucca and 1h to Firenze). It was heart breaking to leave. "

La maison est un peu rustique mais très charmante et tres agréable en plein été, notamment grâce a la piscine, la climatisation et la nature environnante. Le restaurant juste à côté tenu par la soeur de Paolo est délicieux ! Un havre de paix en pleine Italie ! Je recommande !!"

"This is a great spot and a well maintained property. The room is very simple and rustic, but entirely functional, very well kept, and cozy. The road to the house is a steep dirt hill that will put some scratches in your car's undercarriage, so get the rental coverage or be prepared. Also, the WIFI is very weak and cell signal only available in a few spots in the room, so don't expect this to be a connected stay. Note to owner: the wifi hot spot you have in place is not very functional."

"Nice location in a pretty village approx 20 minutes from Lucca by car. We stayed in a private accessed Casa with two floors which had a private kitchen whilst ant the same time we were able to enjoy the shared facilities such as the tennis courts and swimming pool with the rest of the villa. Vanessa was a lovely host, very friendly and had very helpful staff upon arrival to assist us with our bags and show us to our room.
