"The hostel is located right at the base of Santa Cruz which made it super easy to grab the lanchas. My friend and I stayed in a private suite which was really nice and cozy. The grounds of the hostel itself are stunning and so relaxing! They host family-style dinner's every night which was so wholesome and was a great way to meet new people. The only cons I will say is that there's only wifi in the common spaces, and wifi doesn't reach the rooms. Other than that, I loved my stay! "

"Beautiful property, great location and friendly staff. Definitely a great recommendation for a unique stay for those looking for "adventure travel" to Lake Atitlán that want peace and quiet. If you are more accustomed to bougie traveling you might want to consider more traditional hotel as you do need to prepare for a little walking up the stairs to your room and no heat when it can get cold in November. Very picturesque and highly recommended."

"The house is dirty, smells humid, dust everywhere, no hot water after 1 minute of shower, no a/c, everything is old and outdated, sheets and towels were stained, it’s in the middle of nowhere in the jungle. We found a scorpion in the bedroom. The only good thing is who manages de property, that service is amazing and will help you get everything organized and scheduled, but the actual property is not at all how it seems in the photos.
