"Staying here for 2 days was the best part of our trip to Costa Rica! We were treated like family! Albert Alonso the owner is a wonderful chef and he makes everything himself. From bread to pizza, pies and everything in between. He also went over and beyond and called around to find a personal guide to show us around the area that was honest and trustworthy. "What an amazing home in a beautiful location! We opted to stay in and just enjoy all the house had to offer, and we took full advantage: dinner by Yami (delicious, and lots of it!), airport transfer for some of our party, couples massage, a few uses of the tub, tons of cloud watching, sloth searching (unfortunately we didn’t find him) and waterfall swimming. We ate at some of the local restaurants, which were excellent (most notably Carnitas Chani and the Mexican place next to El Rio (can’t...
