Gran Hotel Costa Rica, Curio Collection by Hilton
5/5 Excellent
"Jason at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay truly wonderful. During a very difficult time—our son required emergency surgery at nearby Clínica Bíblica—Jason showed incredible kindness and support. He anticipated our needs, accommodated every request with genuine care, and consistently checked in to ask how our son was doing. I sincerely hope Gran Hotel recognizes what an exceptional team member they have in him.
Beyond Jason, the porters and concierge staff were also excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional. The food at the hotel was very good, with the brunch standing out as a highlight.
The location is ideal—within walking distance to several museums and just across the street from the National Theatre.
All in all, a fantastic hotel in a prime location. You really can’t go wrong here. And if you have the chance, be sure to ask for Jason."
