"Quaint. Feels like you are staying in the real Florence. Desk manned for only a portion of the day. If you are arriving late, ensure you contact hotel for entry codes and room key. There is a code to building, code to floor of hotel and then key to room. Walkable from train station and walkable to attractions."

"The staff was helpful with arranging luggage storage and taxi. The property is definitely older and hence there was a little bit of a smell in the washroom. But overall, pretty good. The room was clean and extremely close to all attractions. Just remember there are no elevator you will need to take the luggage up the stairs. "

"Great customer service and instructions upon our check in. Very secure building, felt safe. Large room with spa bath in bathroom. Shower/bath leaked unfortunately. Great location, on less busy side of Florence bridges. Only suggestions would be access to English channels on tv and iron with ironing board."

Accessible to any of the museums and a nice walk across the river to other attractions. Next to a pharmacy for any medical needs. Really comfortable for what I was looking for, I would stay again traveling solo! "

They held our bags for us after we checked out so we could be bag free until our flight So close to everything and a very convenient spot!"

Nico, our host, was very accommodating and had excellent manners and even helped us to find recommendations for restaurants and attractions. "The staff was fantastic, the apartament very clean and good balcony with table a two chairs, great location, full of restaurants if you walk a couple of blocks, very safe!"

"The room was good but walking down the stairs this morning, it was dark and the railing stops before the last step, my husband did not see it and fell very hard. We had to go very slow to go to a pharmacy to get a knee brace, cane and pain medication. It’s now evening and he is still in a lot of pain. Lighting should be installed on that stairwell even if it is motion detector lights. If you walk out of the office and turn right and walk up the first set of stairs, it is the next set of stairs...
