"A very nice "on the budget" option that is close to both the train stations and all the major attractions. The staff is nice and generally responsive. The only problem we had was related to the general condition of the property. While the room itself was clean, there was a terrible smell coming from the shower stall (which was masked initially by a huge amount of air freshener spray). When we informed the staff of this problem, they called a plumber, who said the said it was a major problem...

"This place was fine for just the 3 nights we needed. But should’ve read more detail about the place and should’ve went somewhere nicer. At the time my friend and I wanted the “nicest” cheap place, which this is. But honestly would’ve chose somewhere else to stay, especially in Florence. Sharing the bathroom we weren’t expecting but finding the place near the train station was easy and using the door codes. Clean room. "

This is a guest house so shared amenities and such but with the other guest it was hard to relax with people coming and going throughout the night. The spa services were easy to schedule with the friendly staff (definitely get a massage while you’re there) and the location was perfect. We were a ten minute walk from the city center and felt both close to everything and far enough away that we could pretend to be locals. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to end our days in Tuscany. "
