"This is a lovely villa in a lovely peaceful location, the pool was well maintained and the house was clean. There are however a number of negatives with this property; when we booked the property the pool was advertised as heated, it is not. There are air conditioning units in the sitting room and one in the master bedroom, neither of which work, we understand they have been "disabled". "This property is at the end of an unmade road which means you will see almost no-one during your stay so it's very private. It's an easy 30 minute drive from Faro. Rui, the host, is very helpful and easy to talk to. Accommodation was clean and comfortable and we wanted for nothing."
