"We stayed at this property at the beginning of March, so not the busy season. The host was very responsive and helpful. The arrival instructions seemed confusing when received but were spot on once we got there. The balcony and view were amazing. We had a few issues during our stay but, again, the host was very responsive and did everything she could to fix it immediately. If you plan on having someone use the pull out sofa I would tell her ahead of time so the blinds are there."

Laundry was a bonus but they do not provide detergent as I would have expected. Underground parking is tight getting in and out byt secure. "Great place to stay in Albufeira. Just as advertised. Lots of room, great patio to relax on in mornings and evenings. Comfortable bed, and good water pressure for showers. It’s on a hill and you need to walk up (about 10 min walk) from either marina or old town….we are retired and in our mid 60’s and it was ok for us. Property manager, Katalan, was excellent to deal with….she had lots of useful suggestions for us. We would recommend."

Apartment was exactly as described and was fully equipped with everything we needed. Basement car parking was unexpected but a big plus. "It was a comfortable stay, easy access to downtown, marina, and beaches. Mostly walking as high season months are impossible for parking throughout the town, now it’s ok. "We spent six days at the hotel and it was amazing. The people were friendly, helpful and very professional. The furniture is a little old but in good condition. You have to pay separately for the in-room safe, which was new to us. But the hotel grounds are fully secured and we did not use the room safe.
