"An exceptional house and infinity pool in the hills close to Montone. The children spent many hours in the pool and we all had a barbecue supper on the patio in the evening. The accommodation was wonderful and the kitchen allowed us all to help with cooking. Our master bedroom was very comfortable and had netting on the windows to stop the insects. Amazing property."

The casale has everything one needs ... spacious apartments, mosquito netting to keep these creatures out, cozy patio where we spent most of our time together, peace and privacy, and especially the beautiful pool that more than served its purpose during the hot days. "Einwandfreie und problemlose Kommunikation mit Barbara (spricht Italienisch und Englisch). Sehr freundlich. Check-in um 16:00 Uhr ohne Probleme und völlig unkompliziert. Sehr ruhig mitten in der Campagna gelegen (3/4 Häuser in der Umgebung, sonst nichts). 5-7 Minuten mit dem Auto bis Fossombrone, wo alles vorhanden ist: Supermärkte, Restaurants, Wochenmarkt (immer montags). Bis nach Fano zum (Sand-) Strand sind es mit dem Auto knapp 30 Minuten. Es gibt sogar einen eigenen Hunde-Strand. Liegen...

"Staying at Villa Contessa is staying in an alternate universe. The property itself is out of a fairytale. It's tremendous with apricot trees, a full fruit and vegetable garden, pigs, chickens... not to mention the sweetest "pets" Kia, the dog and Virus, the cat that roam the grounds.The pool is out of a movie. "A few négative points.... 1. The swimmingpool was on a high level, many steps to climb. Awkard for anybody having mobility problem 2. The equipment of the villa is a bit outdated and would deserve a refreshment (sofa covers, bed covers...) 3. Only 1 TV channel which.
